A hispanic was one of the plaintiffs in this suit. They tossed the tests because no blacks, to use a golf term "made the cut." The test was passable. Sad that New Haven was so afraid of the Jeremiah Wright "blacks are wired differently" crowd that they tossed the test, but dared whitey to come after them. Whitey took that dare.
