Obama arranged a love-in with a gaggle of lefty bloggers so he could essentially turn the screws on them and prod them to push his government run health debacle that is currently stalled in Congress. During the conference call, one of the bloggers asked him about section 102. That’s the part where private insurance would be outlawed or out regulated. What was Obama’s response? “You know, I have to say that I am not familiar with the provision you are talking about.”
Wait a minute. This is a bill that Obama is ferociously pushing, claiming, like the other disasters that have already passed, that this bill can’t wait, that it has to be passed now. He doesn’t even know what the hell is in it. Of course not; he didn’t write it, and he obviously didn’t read it. Yet he sounds the alarm that the sky is falling and this nightmare must pass in order to save us.
So far, it looks like only Obama and Nancy Pelosi want this thing passed. That should tell you something about the merits of the bill right there.
It looks like the house and senate are not the only ones who do not read what they are endorsing. It is pretty bad when bloggers know more about the bill then the president does.
None of them including Obama has read the over 1000 page bill from what I read. That would be like you or me signing a contract without reading it. 2010 needs to hurry up and get here so we can really clean house of these far left liberals. The Blue Dog Democrats are backing away from the health care bill, but watch Obama buy their votes.
With different people writing different portions of the bill, I’m wondering if anybody at all has read the entire bill, including the authors.
