This is not a joke. The fraudsters known as ACORN are trying to convince a judge that cracking down on fraud is unconstitutional. Well, I guess they figure if the Black Panthers can flout the law and walk, why not them?
Pennsylvania has a law that says you can’t pay employees for voter registrations based on the number of registrations they get. What a coincidence, Nevada has a similar law. The idea is to minimize the potential fraud that may occur as a result of an overzealous solicitor looking to make a few extra bucks. Sorry Barry, Mickey Mouse won’t be voting for you in Pennsylvania.
ACORN wants this kind of fraud to be declared constitutional. The ramifications could be enormous. ACORN fraud is rampant in multiple states and was out of control during the last presidential election.
It seems ridiculous, absurd that a judge would even consider ACORN’s lawsuit. Then again, it seemed absurd that the Black Panther racists that terrorized voters last November walked away.

They will probably win too.
Hopefully not. Certainly not if Darrell Issa has anything to say about it.
