The criminal enterprise known as ACORN is showing some major cracks, and it remains to be seen who will throw themselves under the bus trying to defend these thugs. We already have an idea who some of those idiots are.
An amendment to the Transportation Appropriations Bill (H.R. 3288) by Sen. Mike Johanns to cut off housing funds for ACORN passed handily in the senate 83-7. After the Issa report and recent hidden camera revelations showing how painfully corrupt this organization is, the senate, already reeling from the anger demonstrated by Americans all summer, finally did something right. Not everyone was on board though.
7 clowns voted against this amendment, including Roland Burris, the corrupt goon that Rod Blagojevich inserted into the senate. He’s retiring, so what does he care? Everyone already knows he’s a crook. The other 6 must think their seats are so safe that they can vote against this and Americans will just forget about it by the time their re-elections come around. I’ll help the people remember.

Then there were those that didn’t vote. Did they actually think they could hide? Who are we talking about here? RINO Lyndsey “Gramnesty” Graham, and RINO…John McCain. That’s right, the sacrificial lamb of the 2008 election, the amnesty sell out also ran and hid from the vote. Maybe the guys were busy. Yeah, that’s it, too busy to do the job of getting this country on the right track. Interestingly, 7 of the 9 that failed to vote were Repubicans. If those idiots think that they will be the beneficiaries of the changing tide in this country, they can think again. People are paying attention, and these clowns are still operating as if America is still asleep. Business as usual at your own peril guys and gals.
Great news! This organization is finally getting what it has had coming for a long time. I don’t understand why these senators wouldn’t want to get on record though. It was an opportunity to take a stand. I am glad to see that my senators are not on the shame list.
