A celebration of the obscene. Not the birth of a country, but the birth of a communist juggernaut that laid waste to tens of millions of its own citizens through starvation, “reeducation camps”, and outright murder. The United States should feel lucky that China is doing a slow boil in this case. Millions of Chinese over the course of the last 60 years weren’t so lucky. China is so far from the values of America that the move to bathe the Empire State Building in the colors of the bloody Chinese flag is almost incomprehensible.
Where is the outrage? So far, their has been just a few murmurs of protest. How is it that a brutal communist regime like China can come into the United States, empty out the jobs, hold an almost unpayable debt over our heads, steal our technology, poison our food, our children’s toys, line the shelves of our stores with substandard and often dangerously constructed products, spy on us with virtual impunity, and raise the communist flag on our soil-all without firing a shot?
Subversion from within and from outside. We go out and see this country, but just how much of it is still the United States? How much has been sold off, leased, given away, mortgaged or balkanized? When you see the buildings, the land, the roads, even many neighborhoods do you wonder how much of that is still in American hands? China could probably tell you, and the answer is probably quite humbling.
Kill, lie, cheat, steal, subvert. The Chinese formula for success. You think that’s brilliant? Again, I go back to the statement that will always stick with me: You think they’re better than you? You think they’re smarter than you? They’re not. They’re just willing to do things you wouldn’t. That puts you and I at a severe disadvantage.

It is a sad state of affairs that has led us to where we are today. Seeing a tribute to communism on such a grand scale in the United States should cause everyone to rethink what is going on in this country. But, as you said, there doesn’t seem to be anyone who cares. People are oblivious to what is going on all around them.
Well, there are a few of us out there. The good news is it doesn’t take everyone for a change to take place.
