Well, that didn’t take long. It’s only been a few days since the racist Hispanic Caucus sent a letter to Barack Obama demanding that the successful 286g program, which ICE has used in concert with local law enforcement agencies to round up illegal aliens, be scrapped. Well it hasn’t been scrapped, but it has been neutered.
They told Sheriff Joe a few months ago that they were going to do it, and here it is. Joe Arpaio, Maricopa County Sheriff of Arizona was forced to sign an agreement with ICE that would effectively prevent him and his deputies from hitting the streets in search of illegal aliens. Now he has to wait until they’ve been arrested on other charges and is actually in jail before he can even check their immigration status. Had he not signed on to this, he risked losing the authority to even check out the jail birds he had in custody. In fact, this summer ICE told Arpaio that if he did arrest any illegal aliens whose only crime was being illegal, he had to let them go with a notice to appear. That’s right folks, catch and release. In other words, until an illegal alien actually steals, burglarizes, rapes or kills, Arpaio, and any other sheriff for that matter must let them go. Arpaio will still use the state laws to enforce immigration laws, but this is a blow to enforcement efforts, as it was no doubt intended to be.
We know Obama wants amnesty, we know that Janet Napolitano can’t even fathom what an illegal alien acutally is, and we know that the Hispanic caucus is all over Barry regarding legalizing la raza. Representatives of the people? Depends on what people you’re talking about. Certainly this bunch doesn’t represent the citizens of the United States. Well, that’s fine. Let’s remove them from office where they’ll be free to represent whoever the hell they want. Not here though, not this government.
The message for these open border goons is that you’re just making things more difficult. When the roundups start, it’s going to get very ugly. The American people have had it with you race pandering Marxists, and when the American people have had it you’ve seen can happen: the backlash is very likely to be extreme. The American people didn’t create the environment; that’s what they’ve been thrust into. deal with it. You can be sure that the people, who as you now know are wide awake will not stand for the hate crime you are trying to perpetuate against them. You think your schemes can’t be reversed? That may have been true 10 years ago, maybe even 5 years ago. Today is a new day. Keep in mind that congress is setting the precedent of retroactive criminality in the CIA “torture” cases. Retroactive criminal charges. You keep that in mind Nappy.
The administration is trying to silently loosen the immigration laws, this is another example. It won’t be too long before you won’t be able to question their immigration status after arresting them for another crime.
It would seem to me that it would be better to round up illegals before they commit a crime than to let them commit a crime that would have been prevented if they were back in the country in which they belonged. It really isn’t that hard to understand but this administration has its own goals in mind.
They’re just trying to flood the country so when the amnesty rolls around there will be that many more they can hand it out to.
