Obamacare To Have Built-In Fraud, Waste

If the looney left gets their way that’s exactly what will happen. Why am I so sure of this? Because they are now presenting Obamacare as Medicare for everybody.

A Thomson Reuters report estimates that up to $850 billion dollars a year is wasted in the healthcare industry. The report lists a number of sources of waste, but the biggest ones will not be addressed under Obamacare. Try this on for size. 37% of waste can be attributed to doctors performing unnecessary tests. Maybe unnecessary in our opinion, but for doctors facing potential multi-million dollar malpractice suits, those tests are essential. Recall that Barack Obama was booed during a speech to the AMA because he refused to address tort reform in the health care industry. These doctors will be saddled with many more patients, which means many more opportunities for lawsuits, but as far as damages in the event these doctors are sued? The sky is the limit. 37% folks.

How about fraud? Try 22% of waste. If we’re talking about $850 billion, just do the math for just those two issues. I said earlier that these things would not be addressed under Obamacare. But, you say, Obama said he was going to clean up the waste, and that is where the savings would come from. That’s how this nightmare will be paid for. You fell for that? The Democrats are now affectionately calling this plan Medicare, part E. Medicare for everybody. Keith Olbermann even pushed the plan, citing Medicare as a public option. If you see Medicare as a public option, then let’s see how well it has performed. According to 60 Minutes, Medicare fraud is estimated at $60 billion, and is one of the most profitable crimes there is. Any two-bit hood can set up a phony doctors office and bill the government for thousands, even millions of dollars. The fraud is out of control, and Obamacare promises to give more of the same. Now, the Democrats are even referring to Medicare as a model to work from. Obamacare will be Medicare cubed.

So the next time you hear the term “public option,” just keep in mind exactly what that means. It means Medicare, part E. Billions in fraud, billions in dubious malpractice suits, and we will all be forced to participate. Sound like a plan to you? That’s just the money angle. A decline in quality, doctor shortages, waiting lines, the destruction of the insurance industry, and the list goes on and on, is piled on top of the cost. I’ve mentioned Cloward-Piven before. These people can’t be that stupid. If a guy off the street can see what a disaster Obamacare will be, certainly these goons in Washington have at least an idea of what to expect. I’ve also mentioned treason before. I think these people know exactly what to expect.
