Amnesty Bill Guts Virtually All Immigration Enforcement

This has to be one of the stupidest bills ever to come out of congress, and there are enough idiots in Washington to make it a reality.

H.R. 4321 the Luis Gutierrez (D-Ill) bill sponsored by him and 90 of his closest anti-American friends has been introduced to a congress that has already proven that they don’t give a damn what the American people think. Other amnesty bills in the past would have proved disastrous for the United States, but this one is the mother of all amnesties; it combines the worst of everything that has been presented in the past and adds its own border erasing measures.

The DREAM ACT which is amnesty for those that were illegally brought into the U.S. by their parents, and the Agjobs amnesty for laborers are both included in this bill. For $500 all these people are in. And don’t forget the chain migration. These people would be bringing in their families as well. How many are here now? Who knows. The government has been using the 10-12 million number for nearly 10 years now. We know they never stopped coming. Do the math.

But it doesn’t stop there. Both the 287g program and E-Verify would both be scrapped. ICE would have their most successful illegal alien apprehension program gone, and employers would have no way to verify who was actually applying for a job. In theory, ICE could still do their job though. In reality, they would become obsolete. If they wanted to arrest illegal aliens they would have to follow draconian guidelines that would make it virtually impossible to arrest anybody. According to this bill, ICE can’t touch anybody if they are in the vicinity of: a school, a childcare provider, a legal-service provider, an administrative building, a funeral home, a cemetery, a college, university, or community college, a hospital, a health care clinic, a place of worship, a day care center, a head start center, a school bus stop, a recreation center, a mental health facility, or a community center. Well, that about covers THE LAND MASS OF EVERY CITY IN THE UNITED STATES! And even if by some miracle an illegal does happen to be stupid enough to get arrested, an array of options await them to allow them too to claim amnesty. In other words, no enforcement and no verification.

Well, what about the border you say? How about border agents taking sensitivity training so they won’t scare anybody they attempt to arrest? And you can forget about any fence. Then again, if this thing passed in its current form there wouldn’t be a need for a fence. Anybody could come and for $500 claim amnesty.

I don’t think that reconquista Gutierrez expects to have all of this rammed down out throats (he would love it though). He just crammed everything into one bill, and then start the debate, which would go much like the health care swindle. A few red herrings would be discussed, but most of it would remain intact. Like the health care bill(s), the debate would be between Democrats. Most, if not all Republicans would (or should) vote against this thing, and they wouldn’t be included in negotiations anyway.

2010 is a long way off with this thing coming down the pike. In my opinion-and I’ve said it before-this dwarfs the health care debate. Mexico has 100 million people. All of them under this bill would be able to make up an unverifiable story that would grant them amnesty. Remember, Mexican citizens can have dual citizenship. They don’t have to give up Mexican citizenship. That would be erasing of the border. Biggest issue hands down. Not that there aren’t huge country crippling issues on the docket now. There are, but this would not only compound those issues, but the destructive effects on its own merits would render the United States a memory.
