Homeland Security A Picture Of Failure

And once again, the religion of peace has pointed this out for us.

While some of us took the holidays off, it appears as though some were hard at work. That would not include the Department of Homeland Security (a misnomer if there ever was one). The latest dismal failure of Homeland Security once again involves our friends the Muslims. Must be a coincidence eh, Barry? A Nigerian man, who admits al-Qaeda connections, and was even brought to the attention of authorities by his father, was able to board a plane with liquid explosives, navigate security in two different countries and was able to actually ignite his would be bomb before hero passengers on the flight took him down. The bomb malfunctioned, that saved the passengers lives. They knew who this guy was. Homeland Security just failed to have him on a no fly list.

The spin has started already. You may have heard that freak Janet Napolitano is claiming that the system worked. ?! The system failed every step of the way! Apparently this clown was living in Britain for a while. They missed him. He managed to waltz through Nigerian security. They missed him. Holland missed him. There were no air marshals on board the plane…The United States missed him. It was a while back, but were we not told at one point to not be a hero on board a plane, that there were air marshals on board? Maybe not. Whether we were told or not, you know what to do now.

Now we hear that there was a second incident, but (and the spin continues) we are being told that this was not a terror attack. Yes, the same folks that just told us that the system worked is now telling us that this second guy was just a sick passenger. I agree that he was probably sick-in the head. We could go down the list of terror attacks, thwarted or otherwise, aimed at the United States, the latest being this incident and the Ft. Hood terror attack. What is the common denominator? Yes, the religion of peace. Remember the Tom Ridge color threat level monitor? Well, what color do you think we are at now? al-Qaeda just received priceless intelligence on airport security. While grandma removes her shoes for airport security, this guy walks on a plane with a bomb in his shorts. If you try to board with a tube of toothpaste, they would drag you off for a full cavity search though. The second guy reportedly had no luggage at all! You would think that would raise a red flag on an international flight.

What does a large department like Homeland Security do? Obviously security is not their specialty. So what do they do with all that money and those resources? Well, they did come up with that report on potential military vets joining homegrown terror groups. The enablers at Homeland Security have their priorities, and that means we are on our own.
