These cretins can’t decide whether to cry racism or religious persecution. What they can decide is that the United States should be a Muslim country, and they have the weight of the goverment to back them up. The folly of so many racial and religious discrimination arguments is that the remedy usually requires that somebody else be discriminated against. Just what CAIR is looking for.
Once again the terror supporting thugs at CAIR have targeted Abercrombie & Fitch for what they claim is racial discrimination. This is on the heels of a similar complaint several months ago where a brainwashed Muslim girl was denied employment for refusing to remove her hijab during work hours. Never mind the misogynistic symbology that the hijab represents, Abercrombie was immediately attacked, and the EEOC is doing the dirty work for them.
In this case, a girl was again, told not to wear the hijab during work hours, and when she refused, she was fired. The mistake Abercrombie made here was that the local manager initially said it was okay. The district manager-in line with Abercrombie policy about headwear in general told her to remove it. As she gave Abercrombie the proverbial finger, Allah directed her to the gates of CAIR, and the terror loving, government infiltrating scumbags that should be disbanded as fast as ACORN took it from there.
Okay, the manager made a mistake. But the policy is no head wear. That would include hijabs, and I would imagine yamulkas as well. But CAIR is using the laws of the United States against itself. Title VII says that you cannot discriminate based on religion unless it would cause an undue hardship on the employer. What about the other employees? Does it not cause undue hardship for the other female employees to see a fellow woman debased in such a way? The custom of wearing the hijab is so vile that even France is on the verge of banning it. Yes, that France.
Not sure where CAIR gets the racial discrimination part. Maybe the fact that virtually no whites are Muslim? This is not only an attack on Abercrombie, or an attack on the United States, but it is also an attack on whitey. In fact, Abercrombie has been sued in the past for marketing to whites, to exclusion of other races. I’ve said it before. If you want to sue for the opportunity to have overpriced slave/child labor produced junk marketed to you, then don’t be upset when somebody calls you the imbecile that you are. Using CAIRs argument, BET Network, Jet Magazine, Latino Magazine and other similar entities are in gross violation racial discrimination in comparison to what Abercrombie is being accused of. the EEOC had to dig to find some kind of perceived racial discrimination against Abercrombie in 2004, while ethno-centric interests blatantly flout the law. Abercrombie folded anyway and agreed to tokenize a certain amount of non-whites in order not to be sued again. Token minorities. Is that what you want from the EEOC? Because that is what we have.
We have more than that from the EEOC though. As if stocking the Justice Department with terrorist sympathizers, and having Sharia law advocates in the State Department, we now find out that the EEOC is pushing Islam like a needle full of heroin.
In 2008, the EEOC issued guidelines for accommodating religious beliefs in the workplace, specifically offering protection for workers who wear the hijab.
That’s right, specifically for the hijab. I just mentioned that virtually no whites are Muslim (what self-respecting white woman would debase herself in such a way), so this is all about the imposition of Islam, and the crumbling of everything that smacks of anglo-saxonism. It depends on who has the power. at the rate Obama and his radicals are Islamizing America, those provisions could…potentially come in handy. In the hands of Barack Obama…a disaster. Home grown terrorists are here and now we know that at least some sympathizers are working for the government. I think its a tough call.
