S.B. 1070 Part Of State Department Human Rights Report

I’ve said before that Barry Soetoro wants to turn the sovereignty of the United States over to some kind of international authority. You think that’s rhetoric? Check this out.

As if it weren’t outrageous enough that the State Department submitted a report to the U.N. chronicling human rights abuses in the United States, the report, in all its inaccuracies has even gone as far as to bash the state of Arizona for daring to protect themselves from the mayhem heaped upon that state by illegal immigration. The report singles out S.B. 1070, the Arizona law that would have been extremely effective at identifying and detaining illegal aliens.

“A recent Arizona law, S.B. 1070, has generated significant attention and debate at home and around the world,” the report says. “The issue is being addressed in a court action that argues that the federal government has the authority to set and enforce immigration law. That action is ongoing; parts of the law are currently enjoined.”

Why would such a thing be included in a human rights report? The State Department has been silent thus far. As soon they get instructions though, they’ll come up with a statement that is likely to be just as outrageous as their actions. Arizona governor Jan Brewer isn’t waiting for them though. She hit the roof when she saw this and fired off a letter to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, demanding that the reference to S.B. 1070., and the state of Arizona for that matter, be redacted from the report.

“The idea of our own American government submitting the duly enacted laws of a state of the United States to ‘review’ by the United Nations is internationalism run amok and unconstitutional,” Brewer wrote.

And she’s right. How dare the Obama regime submit for review any actions by the United States to the likes of China, Cuba and Saudi Arabia, among other bastions of human rights.
What could she expect from the State Department though? This is the department that boasts the services of Harold Koh, the sharia law loving freak that no doubt has a like-minded staff. Yes, the same State Department that supports sharia law is claiming human rights abuses by the United States-and whining about it to some of the worst abusers of human rights on earth.

Don’t expect anything to be removed from that report. Barack Obama wants the U.N. to mandate what America is, and he could care less about the Constitution. If he did, he never would have allowed this act of sedition to occur. No doubt the Obama administration is not included in the report. Using State Department criteria, they should be though. Obama has defied the will of the people on more than one occasion, and he’s done it again in blocking implementation of S.B. 1070.

Folks, there are those that hate America, and do not want it to exist. They will partake in all America has to offer, take full advantage of the freedoms provided, and then work to destroy it for everyone else. No, it doesn’t make sense. You can compare this kind of extreme left wing ideology to drug addiction. They can’t stop, and they will lie, cheat, steal, and do anything else they have to in order to keep the habit alive. Not only do they burden the rest of us, but they are destroying themselves in the process. That is the nature of addiction.

Hillary should be forced to resign and should face charges of sedition in that she has approved a document that has as its intent the abolition of a legally approved law of a sovereign state- of the United States. Moreover, the United States immigration laws- nor any other nation- is subject to discussion, approval or disapproval by the United Nations. Certainly the laws of Arizona are not subject to the United Nations– which has no authority- no jurisdiction- no standing under the U S Constitution or Arizona Law.
States which are members of the United States have elected representative governments which have a Chief Executive- a Governor- a legislature- elected by a majority vote of the citizens of that State. Senators or representatives are supposed to be representing that states’ wishes and needs in the national Congress. Since Congress members have become residents of Washington, it seems we need to have the formality of instructions from the Governors to those representatives. They are not “co Governor”– and the Governor is the only person elected to legally represent the will and rights of the sovereign state.

Chuck, maybe YOUR response is what Jan Brewer should have sent to Hillary Clinton.
