The state of Arizona is under full scale attack by Barack al-Obama, and the message being sent to the rest of the states couldn’t be more clear.
As if suing Arizona to put the brakes on S.B. 1070, and bitching to U.N. member countries like China, Cuba, Saudi Arabia and Libya about the law weren’t enough, now the Obama regime is coming at the state from a new angle. Now they are suing an Arizona community college district for checking the papers of non-citizens before they were hired. The suit says that they did more checking than the law required. If the suit is successful, fines, and possibly terminations could result.
Unless there is some part of the law I’m not familiar with, any employer can check anything regarding a potential hire. Conforming to government guidelines would guarantee that illegals aliens would be working at the schools that your children attend. Where is it written that you have to stop checking at a certain point? Using the government argument, a dishwasher and a rocket scientist are subject to the same standards of background checks. Yes, that is absurd, but in this case, a cash strapped school district may not have the resources to fight the suit.
If the Obama regime indeed does have a case per whatever law may be on the books, it is just one more example of a system upside down. These clowns are actually suing to make it easier for non-citizens to force out native prospects at a time when unemployment is hovering near 10%, and even higher than that in some areas. Arizona was just trying to weed out the illegal aliens applying for jobs. If Obama has anything to say about it, Arizona won’t be able to wipe its ass without being sued. Keep in mind, that Sheriff Joe Arpaio is also being sued for not cooperating with feds in a probe that he allegedly racially profiled to capture illegal aliens.
When was the last time you saw a single state under this kind of attack? They’re making an example of Arizona, and the trampling of the Constitution is being met largely with silence in Washington. We can’t expect much from Michael Steele and the rest of those buffoons, so that shouldn’t come as much of a surprise. It does give a preview of what to expect in November, if indeed the Republicans take back some kind of control. Yes, better than socialist lefties, but that isn’t saying much. Standing up for Arizona would draw the support of the majority of the country, but we know that the GOP still has plans for pandering to Hispanics. That leaves Arizona alone, at the mercy of a Muslim, socialist, anti-American imposter who would love nothing more than to shape American into the image of one of his favorite third world cesspools…Allah willing.
