And the religion of peace shows its true colors once again. I defy anyone to find another “religion” that not only condones this type of violent behavior, but actually accepts it as the the norm.
Already under 24 hour protection from Islam for this stance on Muslims, and Islam in general, a stunned Dutch Freedom Party leader Geert Wilders had the shock of learning from a newspaper that a prominent radical cleric has called for his beheading. The cleric, Feiz Muhammad, has engaged in hate and violent speech in the past, including suggesting stating rape victims had it coming. Now he is suggesting stating that Wilders has it coming, and there are enough extremists to make it happen.
Wilders is furious that the Dutch government, which had a copy of the speech, did not inform him of the informal fatwah. Maybe because Wilders is currently standing trial in Holland for inciting hatred and discrimination against Muslims. Yes, as far as the Dutch are concerned, it is Wilders that brought this on himself. In a way, that is true. He already knew the number of whack jobs that troll Islam was very high, but at the same time, his very point was to expose those numbers. Weak kneed European governments would rather bow to Islam rather than validate Wilders’ claims. In fact, Wilders, even in the capacity of a political figure in Holland was denied entry into England, for essentially the same reasons he is standing trial at home. He was literally not allowed to leave Heathrow airport, and put back on a plane. Score one for dhimmitude.
Wilder’s troubles began in 2008, when he made a documentary chronicling the violent nature of Islam. He has been under protection ever since, but this incident now makes him wonder how safe he really is. As popular as his Freedom Party is, he faces stiff opposition to his beliefs from not only his own government, but other European governments as well. We need not even ask what the U.S. government thinks of him, although unlike the English, he was allowed in the United States to lead a protest against building the victory mosque at ground zero. Our Constitution is quite different from that of Great Britain though. For now.
How long Geert Wilders will be able to survive without going into hiding is anybodys guess. How long before those that think Islam is a religion of peace finally face reality is even more of a guess. Geert Wilders most likely does not want to become a martyr, but with the religion of peace hot on his trail, there is a pretty good chance that he may become one anyway.
