Since the law means nothing to illegal aliens-at least as far as the United States is concerned, it comes as no surprise that advocates for border jumpers would come up with their own decrees, which have nothing to do with American law-or any law for that matter. The march towards reconquista is making a turn towards Alabama, with a short stop in South Carolina, and it’s being led by the usual suspects.
Luis Gutierrez (D-Il), a Mexican agent who’s seething hatred for the United States is impossible to hide is trolling down to Alabama to…get this: Try and convince someone to have HB 56 revoked. You saw that right. To have someone or some thing unilaterally revoke a law. You can’t make this up. Of course, he’s from Illinois, and they do things a little differently there. Of their last eight governors, four went to prison. Chicago style. Encouraged by Barack Obama’s intention to go around Congress, and his neutering of ICE agents, Gutierrez figures he can take a shot steamrolling the will of the people in Alabama. I’ve haven’t heard anything about the massive rally that was supposed to coincide with his visit, so my guess it was a flop. He won’t stop trying though.
Remember, it was Gutierrez that came up with an immigration amnesty bill so ridiculous that it would legalize virtually everyone coming across the border and eliminate virtually all law enforcement in regards to immigration. Just reading it made me wonder if it was joke. It was no joke. To this day, reconquistas, including those in the racist Latino caucus wonder why the bill never even made it to Obama’s desk. They certainly had the votes to pass it at the time. Luis, have you heard the term useful idiot? That’s what you are and you’re trying to take an entire race with you.
In a coordinated attack, the National Council of La Raza (NCLR) is protesting in front of the White House at the same time. Now, they know that amnesty has no chance in this Congress. What are they trying to do? The gun running Justice Department has already sued both South Carolina and Alabama. We go back to revoking the law. They want Obama to decree a law null and void. And why not? Obama has already indicated he would dictate by decree. What these morons apparently don’t realize is that Obama can’t, as much as he would like to. He’s got the laws tied up in court though. They’re much weaker than they should be at this time. But the NCLR and Gutierrez have their marching orders from Mexico City: Keep pushing.
So while we talk about the budget, jobs, Solyndra and all that-important things to be sure, we can’t forget that these people never rest. They want that border open and they have no other goal. For those of you that catapulted Newt pathway to citizenship Gingrich to the top of the polls, check out Gutierrez and la raza and find out who would benefit from such a scheme. Check out the slimy Hispanic caucus. Check out the fluff piece in that above Alabama link (just there for reference folks) You might rethink your position on immigration all together. But if we keep going the direction we’re going, amnesty or not, one of these days we’re going to see a president Gutierrez. Again, I encourage you to check out him and his cabal of reconquistas. They are not looking for the American dream.

You are right, these people never go away and they are probably more dangerous when the country is focused on other issues. We must keep our eye on these people at all times.
It’s a good thing they make noise now and then. I think it hurts their cause.
As the year progresses, Obama will only become more vile IMO. We need to stay away from the distractions big time.
I hope Repubs are up to the challenge. Well, I know a few of them are anyway.
The only way to stop illegal immigration is to stop all benefits including jobs that includes agriculture. If people would help Americans by hiring Americans things will get better. This probably will not happen because Farmers, Landscapers, home builders and many businesses who hire domestic help do not want to pay a wage that would support a family. Most businesses want too much for themselves. If people would get back to making a good living and not being too greedy we would not have this problem.
Barb, that sounds a lot like the Ron Paul philosophy.
I like Ron Paul, I do not agree with everything he does, but he has a good philosophy. I trust his integrity. also He does not change to get everyone to like him Of all the candidates Ron Paul and Jon Huntsman are the most likable people.
I like a lot of what Ron Paul has to say. I have some real issues on foreign policy with him, and I don’t think he can muster the independent vote to defeat Obama, but he’s a good guy to have in congress.
