Obama Proposes Hardship Amnesty

I’ve talked before about how Barack Obama is depending on the illegal alien vote in critical swing states this November. Now, in an apparently legal move, he’s going to guarantee that those votes will be there. We’ve heard time and time again from many Americans, just enforce the existing laws. Not only is Obama not enforcing existing laws, now, he’s weakening those laws in a bid to have four more years carnage to wreak on the United States. Obama is depending on the saps that call themselves Hispanics to once again cast votes for him. He will probably succeed in that goal with this latest scheme.

Under current law, if an illegal aien is up for deportation, they can file for a hardship waiver, that would allow them to return to the United States if their deportation would cause undue hardship on the American family members left behind. But they must return to their home country first to file for this waiver.

Not for long though. The Obama regime has proposed that illegal aliens being deported can now file for that waiver while still in the United States. Of course, the illegal alien will still have to leave the country while the waiver is being processed and approved, but in most cases they don’t have to go very far. Most of the applicants for this kind of hardship waiver are Mexican nationals, and they just head across the border to cities such as Ciudad Juarez and wait for the Okay to come back, with is in the affirmatice 70 percent of the time.

Currently, this process takes months, but under the Obama proposal, the waiver could come down in a matter of days. So the illegal alien that stole an identity and got him or herself and American job in construction, hospitality, restaurants, or any number of other jobs that Americans will do, can come right back and pick up where they left off. It is a form of amnesty, considering that a deported illegal alien is normally barred from returning to the United States in any capacity for three to 10 years. Not with a hardship waiver though, and if Obama implements this scheme, those illegal aliens will be back in the United States and back on and American job within days.

As if those potential thousands of votes weren’t enough, Janet the mauler Napolitano has announced that upwards of 300,000 pending deportations are now on hold, so the regime can ostensibly focus on more dangerous foreign criminals. Remember, this is the same regime that shipped automatic weapons to vicious Mexican drug cartels, and laundered their drug money to boot.

A search of this blog will net many instances of the Obama regime’s failure to not only secure the border, but to block individual states from protecting themselves from the onslaught of illegal immigration being facilited by the regime. I have to say it again: When you see the poll numbers showing Obama on the ropes, keep in mind that those numbers do not include illegal aliens voting, perhaps multiple times, ACORN, union thuggery, and maybe even Black Panther shenanigans going on at polling stations. That witches brew will bring in illegitimate votes for Obama, so if he doesn’t get his ass kicked in November, then he’ll probably be able to pull out a close vote. It’s hard to beat someone who’s cheating. And Obama is brazenly cheating with this move. God help us if it works out for him.
