We’ve heard for years about good folks that just want to work, poor people who’s only crime was being here illegally. The reality tells a much different story. Social programs administered by states are buckling under the weight of illegal immigration. Jails are bursting at the seams. Entire neighborhoods-and even cities pledge their allegiance to other countries. The crime of identity theft has exploded, yet the line we get from apologists is that this is good for America. Well, it isn’t good for America-or any country for that matter, but is certainly is a boon for illegal aliens. And when it comes to Uncle Sam, no identity theft is necessary. The IRS will freely hand over your money to illegal aliens-and their relatives who have never set foot in this country.

When Republicans floated a bill that would end child tax credits for illegal aliens, it was immediately met with resistance by the likes of Harry Reid and company. The argument was that although the parents were illegal, the children may not be, and therefore cutting off the tax credits would harm American children. The 14th amendment is another conversation; this isn’t about American children at all.

Bob Segall, of WTHI (Indiana) went to some tax preparers to find out how bad illegal tax fraud actually was. What he found would make even the most apologetic open borders advocate blink. The child tax credit that is being abused is not only being claimed for children in the United States, but in Mexico as well. They don’t have to be sons and daughters either. Neices and nephews are claimed as well to the tune of thousands of dollars, and billions looted from the coffers of the United States. They even have illegal aliens copping to the fraud, with not guilt or even a worry of being caught.

One of the workers, who was interviewed at his home in southern Indiana, admitted his address was used this year to file tax returns by four other undocumented workers who don’t even live there. Those four workers claimed 20 children live inside the one residence and, as a result, the IRS sent the illegal immigrants tax refunds totaling $29,608.

It isn’t a matter of the IRS not checking; they just claim their hands are tied because it is Congress that has the power to change the laws, not them. The IRS has no choice but to accept ITN numbers, the number the IRS assigns if you do not have a social security number. And who wouldn’t have that?

As Obama talks about the wealthy paying their fair share, he ignores tax money being siphoned out of America with the full knowledge of the American government. Billions are being wasted and billions more are being literally given away. In the end, it’s all our money which we have no choice but to hand over. I wonder what would happen to me if I tried such a child tax credit scheme. Well, I don’t have to wonder. I would be audited for the last 10 years before they threw me in jail. Illegal aliens though are beyond the reach of the IRS though.

Yet another fixable problem in the United States, but without the will in Washington, nothing will get done. Of course not. It’s the goons in Washington that created this problem. They aren’t going to fix it. Yes, throw the bums out. The question is, are there enough Americans left that actually care or are paying enough attention to make that happen?

What the Supreme Court is mulling right now has ramifications for not just Arizona, but the entire country. As the Obama regime fights to kill SB 1070, the arguments-although not falling on deaf ears, are actually being heard on its merits apparently. If some of the comments of the justices are any indicator, SB 1070 may survive in a recognizable form. Add to that the fact that Elena Kagen-who should never have been nominated to the court, had no choice but to recuse herself from this case because of obvious conflict of interest. She fought against this law while working as one of Obama’s goons before being inserted as a Supreme Court justice. That’s good news for us, and the rest of the country.

Obama administration Solicitor General Donald Verrilli is a pretty competent guy as I understand it, but he has a difficult task in trying to defend the Obama regime’s argument that states have absolutely no right whatsoever to defend their borders against the onslaught of illegal immigration. The key phrase is defend their borders. If states needed permission to ensure the welfare of their state and her citizens, then there would be no call for state borders at all. The whole concept of a state is the autonomous nature of such an entity, with laws and responsibilities independent of an overbearing federal government. Vermilli has the unenviable task of arguing that states have no right or responsibilities unless decreed upon them by an all encompassing federal government. The Supreme Court has indicated that they aren’t buying it and that such a notion is absurd.

John Roberts isn’t fooled. He said he doesn’t think the federal government-and that means both sides of the aisle, really want to know how many illegal aliens are here. I have to disagree with Justice Roberts there. I think Obama would like to know exactly how many votes he can count on. In my opinion, this is really the main motivation behind the attack on SB 1070. Yes, absolute control is part of it, but you can’t control if you aren’t in power, and the votes illegal aliens can provide cycle after cycle will help to ensure fraudsters like Barack Obama will be viable candidates in the future. But the lame argument the Obama regime is putting forth is nothing short of a mockery of the Supreme Court. They even have open borders Sotomayor balking at the Obama position.

“You can see it’s not selling very well,” Justice Sonia Sotomayor told Obama administration Solicitor General Donald Verrilli.

In other words, she’s not buying the argument, and she’s not alone. With only eight justices making the call on this one, and even the liberal wing unable to twist an argument in support of the Obama regime, SB 1070 may stand, and if that’s the case, the floodgates will be opened. Alabama, North Carolina, Georgia, Utah, Texas and other states that have already passed legislation to deal with illegal immigration can just tweak their own laws to fall in line with SB 1070 and the Obama/Holder contingent will have no recourse but to sit there and take it. Well, I shouldn’t say that. If this law stands, you can expect Holder to send in the race goons and investigate any law enforcement agency that dares to use this law. You see what they’ve done to Joe Arpaio, and you can be certain they’ll do it to others if they can.

One more reason to dump Obama in November, but we already knew that. Judging by the polls, we is a fairly large number. That’s why I can’t understand politicians pandering to a certain group at the risk of alienating a voting bloc they already have in the bag. Jan Brewer would tell you that, and my understanding is she’s pretty popular. If Arizona pulls this off, let’s see how many other states get smart and make a move of their own to preserve their sovereignty.

When Herman Cain was running for president, he was torn apart by the mainstream media, not because he is patently unqualified to be president (and he is unqualified), but because he is black. The more extreme left outlets tossed around terms such as token, and Uncle Tom to describe a conservative man that happened to be black. Make no mistake, if a Hispanic man dared to call himself a conservative, he would suffer the same fate. Marco Rubio is going to make sure that doesn’t happen to him. Once considered the new breed of the Republican party, it turns out that Rubio is either a rino at best, a covert Democrat, or an operative for the open borders crowd, which boasts a spider web of organizations that all have the ultimate goal of transforming America by any means necessary. Sound familiar?

It figures John Kyl of Arizona is in on this scheme. He’s basically a clone of John McCain. And we know his stance on immigration. But we weren’t too clear on the position of Florida senator Marco Rubio, considered a top prospect for the Republican VP slot. We had an idea several weeks ago when he warned Republicans to tone down the rhetoric on immigration. An out of control border, bankrupt social programs, ovedburdened schools, rising crime and gang violence (despite claims to the contrary), and districts all over the country electing representatives that are riding in on a wave of illega alien votes (Can you say the Sanchez sisters in California?), and Rubio is saying tone it down. Hang on to your hats, Rubio has an alternative.

Marco Rubio has floated a plan that would raise the DREAM Act from the dead. It’s basically the same plan with a few tweaks-literally. Under Rubio’s plan, children brought to the United States illegally by their parents would be able to get non-immigrant visas that would…put them on a path to citizenship.

Rubio’s proposal allows young people who came to the United States with their parents to have access to a non-immigrant visa that allows them to study, and after their studies are complete, allows them to work legally in the United States. Eventually, Rubio said, they gain the same status of other non-immigrant visa-holders and are eligible to apply for residency. Three to five years after they obtain a green card, they’re eligible for citizenship.

In Rubio’s mind, this is getting in line, although the process he’s laying out seems much faster than those that actually are doing it the right way. But with the DREAM Act, other than the obvious amnesty aspect, the main problem is actually proving that someone was brought here as a child. There was no such mechanism to address this in any previous incarnations of the bill, and Rubio proposes none here.

One of the more disturbing aspects about the plan came up during an interview with Rubio. He picked a case out of a hat of a valedictorian student that would benefit from such a law. Her sister on the other hand, is not in school at all and would not be subject to the law. What would you do with her Marco? He didn’t say, nor did he say what he would do millions of other illegal aliens that either have family members here, or want to bring them here. He did mention the system was broken though. I wonder how he would fix it.

If this thing couldn’t get any worse, Rubio boasts that he talked with Dick Durbin (D-Il) and suggested hope that this thing could get bi-partisan support. Remember, it was Durbin that sat in the senate chamber and told a room full of illegal aliens that they could be President of the United States. Whether he was suggesting altering the Constitution or just referencing Barack Obama is anybody’s guess. Harry Reid said he would fight the bill. Not because he’s against such an amnesty scheme, but because of the fact that it came from the Republicans, not the Democrats. After years of failure in congress by Democrats to pass the DREAM Act, Marco Rubio would come swooping in with a Republican contingent and scoop up all those Hispanic votes. Bad news for Reid.

This is how Washington addresses a problem. First of all, they create the problem, declare an emergency, and propose a solution that will only make it worse. Unfortunately, the citizens fall for it almost every time. The same people that pull this scam are elected over and over. No doubt Marco Rubio will be one of those.

In Rubio’s denfense-yes in his defense, he may recognize the new America that’s coming, and taking steps to ensure that those folks will be conservative. With the number of illegal aliens here now, the corresponding birth rates and the 14th Amendment cut to ribbons, it’s only a matter of time before the minority becomes the majority. And if that majority happens to be helpless Democrat takers-God help us. On a political level, it makes sense-if you see it as an inevitable tide. For the rank and file American though, it’s all just amnesty, an artificially contrived demographic shift that required the ignoring of laws and a reinterpretation of the Constitution. Some political pundits may argue that we just have to face reality. At least that’s where one rising star of the Republican party is taking us.

Thus far, the left has dictated what the core issues have been for Republican presidential candidates this season. It has worked out even better than planned, with Republicans going off the rails on their own and saving Barack Obama from doing unnecessary campaigning. Not only have they lost focus on the real target, Barack Obama, but while they prattle on about the undecideds, Obama is importing potential voters that already have their minds made up.

There are just a handful (and that’s being generous) of politicians in Washington who are giving any thought at all about illegal immigration. On the contrary, we’ve seen outright pandering from some of the presidential candidates which everyone-including illegal aliens know is a waste of time. There’s no way they can compete what the Obama regime is offering.

Darrell Issa, possibly the hardest working man in Washington, sent a letter to Janet Napolitano, accusing her of falsifying numbers as to the number of illegal aliens successfully making it into this country. We know that Issa has demanded other documentation from Homeland Security before, and as far as I know, he’s still waiting for those documents. You are correct, some people are above the law.

It’s clear that Issa has moles throughout the government and he has used at least one of them to catch Napolitano lying.

Issa’s letter also alleges that “an analysis of a small sample of shift reports from the Casa Grande border patrol station in Arizona showed that over a one-week period in April 2011, at least 82 illegal entrants who were not arrested or turned back south were not reported as got-aways.”

That’s just a small sample from one station for a one week period. There are eight such stations in the Tucson sector alone. Do the math. Homeland Security is touting the fact that apprehensions along the border are down 50 percent since 2008. The numbers Issa got his hands on would explain why. Judicial Watch got their hands on FOI documents and came to the same conclusion: Illegal aliens are still pouring over the border, but they are not only not being apprehended, but not even counted in official figures. Good luck getting anything out of DHS Darrell, especially before November.

As if escorting illegal aliens into the country wasn’t bad enough, the Department of Justice-yes that DOJ, is making sure they have housing when they get here. DOJ hack Thomas Perez, who once served as president of a taxpayer-funded group (Casa de Maryland) dedicated to helping illegal aliens, is attacking two cities in California, allegedly for discrimination.

This month the DOJ’s pro-minority act du jour focuses on two cities — Lancaster and Palmdale — in Los Angeles County known as the Antelope Valley. Perez claims they discriminate against blacks and Latinos when it comes to providing federally-subsidized housing known as Section 8, even though 86% of the Section 8 recipients in both cities are minorities, according to the county commissioner Michael Antonovich who represents the area.

Keep in mind this is the same Perez that was instrumental in trying to cover up the dropping of charges against the baton wielding Black Panthers in Philadelphia. Yes, he is the one charged with finding acts of discrimination, whether real or imagined. In the case of Lancaster/Palmdale, it is imagined. Perez wants all public housing to go to illegal aliens though. Of course, those potential voters he’s looking to provide housing for are a waste in California. This socialist state goes to Obama no matter what.

But Perez is pulling similar stunts in places like Colorado, a state that could go either way in November. His job is to make sure it goes Obama’s way. He’s got union help as well, with hundreds of millions of dollars slated to get out the vote. Of course, ACORN is alive and well, just operationg under a different name(s). Just win baby.

Meanwhile, Republicans candidates are falling all over themselves to distance themselves from Rush Limbaugh and ignoring the actual issues that could/should get them elected in November. We had Rick Santorum this week still on the contraception issue, and adding that he wants to ban porn as well. Then he went down to Puerto Rico and said English should be the official language. Then he gave his backing to the killing of bald eagles. That’s just great Rick. Where do I cast my vote?

Is this a joke? Obama has to be laughing. The Republicans look so bumbling, so goofy, that even John McCain is starting to look reasonable. And if you can do that, you must be doing as bad a job a candidate can do.

We have a fraudulent vote network up and operating in the United States, and Republican candidates are ignoring it, along with any semblance of real issues that could sway ignorant undecideds to vote for them. They’ve done nothing to convince anybody of anything. Sure the anybody but Obama crowd is a sure thing, but that might not be enough votes to win in November. Even if one of the candidates did win, having the left dictate their every move would make them useless. So far though, they’ve been very useful to Barack Obama. That’s bad news for all of us, including those that support Obama. To have his Alinskyan dream fully implemented would be a disaster for everyone, even those that mistakenly think social justice and social-ism is the fairest, most efficient way to run a society.

But by the time that everyone is dependent on government, our debt has become unpayable, the schools are so dumbed down that we become followers instead of leaders in the world, other countries are deciding our elections, freedom lost in the name of tolerance and diversity, it’ll be too late-for us anyway.

Since the mainstream media refuses to address the obvious, I guess it’s up to me again to point out how ridiculously porous our borders are. Most people in the United States-certainly anybody in California, and certainly in Los Angeles knew that Barack Obama was in town and that airspace in the city was severely restricted. The helicopter traffic pilots were very clear about that, so unless you were out of the country, you would have known. Apparently though, there was one guy that didn’t get the news…

Barack obama came to town (I missed him), and amid the traffic tie-ups and diverted flights, attended several fundraisers for his upcoming campaign against the still undecided Republican opponent. After raking in millions from the Alinsky faithful, a funny thing happened as Air Force 1 was ready to head to San Francisco, the scene of Obama’s infamous God, guns and anti-immigrant speech. A small plane loaded with drugs crossed into the restricted airspace and had to be escorted by two F-16′s to the nearest airport. Well, the nearest airport that wasn’t LAX. Only after the plane was force to land were the drugs discovered.

As internal documents prove, the Obama regime is lying about border security. Contrary to public statements, deportations are down, to the lowest levels in decades. The Fast and Furious hearings rage, even as Arizona, Alabama, Georgia, Utah, South Carolina, and a host of cities and communities are under attack from the Justice Department for daring to try and protect their sovereignty, and thus the sovereignty of the nation. How appropriate that a drug runner practically runs over Obama on his way to deliver yet another shipment of drugs from South of the border. How do I know the plane was delivering the goods from there? Everybody knew Obama was in Los Angeles-except perhaps someone from out of the country who didn’t get the heads up. Clearly, this pilot had no idea, and was probably flying a route he had traversed many times without incident.

So far, not one of the Republican candidates have said anything about reversing the series of defacto amnesties that Obama has decreed. In fact, Gingrich is trying to one-up Obama. The Romney response to the border mess was mild at best, Santorum doesn’t seem to have a position at all, Ron Paul doesn’t care, and Gingrich…the worst of the lot. This wayward pilot was more than a good folk that just wanted to work. We know that the open borders crowd sees drug runners and criminals as a necessary evil in the quest for a borderless world. But if this clown could fly in undetected, who else could fly in? It’s bad enough drug cartels running their business like some kind of twisted corporation, but if this guy could pilot a plane over a major U.S. city, wouldn’t a potential terrorist want to know how to do that too? This was just one small plane. What about 10 small planes? 100 bomb-laden small planes?

Instead of the issue being discussed, we get Obama’s lavish fundraising dinners, and the Chinese food he ate that day. We shouldn’t be surprised though. Both Republican and Democrat administrations have left the border unsecured. It wouldn’t be fair to blame it all on Obama. He’s just the latest jackass to drive a stake into the country.

This article will be forgotten in a day or so, and we’ll be back to discussing contraceptives and Rick Santorum’s views on women. Obama must be just giddy on how he’s dictating campaign issues, even as the real issues practically fly into him. Unbelievable.

Not only did the Obama regime not put up a fight, but they rewarded criminals for their efforts. There is no such thing as violating the constitutional rights of illegal aliens, but for an activist judge, the law has very little to do with what they perceive to be their role. As far as they’re concerned, if you want to be a chump and follow the rules, then you’ll just end up on the receiving end of their activist decisions. This time, the American taxpayer took the hit, and this precedent opens the door to a goldmine for illegal aliens.

Going back to the Bush administration, when ICE conducted raids and rounded up illegal aliens, much of it was for show. The hapless illegals were paraded in front of the camera as proof the administration was tough on illegal immigration. Later, most of those folks were taxied down the street and released. All of it was an effort to show that ICE had things under control, and that now we could discuss comprehensive immigration reform. Obama has continued the myth of border security with distressingly, the same agenda of open borders that plagued George Bush. So it’s no surprise that the act of one administration overlapped with another, and in the end, Americans get the shaft.

In 2007, ICE conducted a raid in New Haven, Connecticut which netted a gaggle of illegal aliens. Like a magnet, New Haven draws illegal aliens to the city because of the liberal, country destroying policies of its local officials. They issue ID’s to illegal aliens-not necessarily to identify them, but to allow them to conduct business. Cops can’t even inquire whether someone is illegal or not. The mayor of New Haven, John DeStefano, wants to go beyond his ID program and actually allow illegal aliens to vote. The illegal aliens there have it much better than anything their own country could offer them, and they weren’t going to take something as galling as a raid lying down. They fought it.

A federal judge ruled in 2009 that the constitutional rights of 11 of the illegal aliens were violated.

Immigration Judge Michael Straus said the ICE agents went into the immigrants’ homes without warrants, probable cause or their consent, and he put a stop to deportation proceedings against the four defendants, whose names were not released.

If the raids occurred in 2007, why are these illegal aliens still here? How were they still here two years later when an Obama goon judge decided that illegal aliens had constitutional rights? But they were here. Not only did they not get deported, but rather than face a court battle, ICE has settled with the illegal aliens for $350,000, and no deportations. You saw that right. All they had to do was cry foul, and not only could they stay, but won a lottery of sorts-courtesy the American taxpayer.

The judge was an activist and used no logic or any semblance of law in issuing his decree. 1: ICE agents did not go into the homes of illegal aliens without a warrant. They are illegal aliens, those are not their homes. 2: ICE did have probable cause. Everybody they rounded up was illegal. Was that a lucky guess? Not according to ICE, who claims to have planned the raid a year earlier. And no…they did not have the consent of the illegal aliens to conduct the raid.

I tore apart the judge’s ruling in a matter of seconds. The Obama regime decided not to fight it at all. Now, not only is ICE hamstrung from conducting these types of raids-or arresting illegal aliens at all, all illegal aliens have to do now is play the constitutional rights card, and they’ll be off the hook. This is just one story, one town. How many other stories like this are going on around the country?

The story sure looks good during a campaign year, especially if you’re courting the illegal alien vote. And Obama is. He bought off these clowns, rewarding them for their crimes and ignoring the criminal behavior of New Haven’s mayor and his cronies. Obama is pulling these kinds of stunts while throwing the contraceptive curve ball at Republicans. Could it be working out more perfectly for Barry? That issue is not big enough to define a campaign. They can fix it when they get in. They had better stop allowing Barack Obama to dictate the issues and start focusing in him. Now the time is ticking. There was time before, but now it’s getting a little short. I have no confidence that any of the Republican candidates will bring up this issue, Fast and Furious, or any of the multitude of issues they could use to destroy Obama. February 15, and they haven’t begun, and it’s reflected in the polls. That’s bad news for all of us.

Only if you advocate border security though. Sounding more like a Nancy Pelosi clone than a self-professed libertarian presidential candidate, Ron Paul made a shameless play to prop up his faltering campaign. With virtually no chance of getting the Republican nomination, Paul made one last ditch effort to pander to an exploding demographic in hopes of gaining a few more delegates.

Speaking to a room full of open borders advocates calling themselves Hispanics in Politics, Paul said all the right things to the crowd that was in front of him. Of course, the folks in front of him are not in favor of securing the border at all, and for those that are, Paul had some choice comments directed at them.

Paul’s stated positions on immigration sound sensible on the surface. The question is, does he mean what he says? Enforcement of border security. He’s advocated bringing our troops home and putting them on the border. Troops on the border is a good idea in light of the fact that Mexican drug cartels are heavily armed, courtesy of Fast and Furious. He’s against amnesty, citing the obvious fact that it would encourage even more illegal immigration-as it has before. He wants to abolish the welfare state. An impossibility as long as one Democrat is still alive, but at least attempting to address the destructive culture of government handouts is a step in the right direction. He also proposes ending birthright citizenship. If the 14th Amendment was property interpreted, we wouldn’t even be having this discussion.

What Paul had to say to the reconquistas was quite different though. Suggesting that Americans could care less about illegal immigration when economic times are good, Paul ignored the fact that immigration has exploded in the 10 years. Even government numbers show that illegal immigration has surpassed legal immigration as the preferred choice of entry into the United States. To Paul though, all you have to do is slip a couple of bucks to an American, and all is well.

He talked about how Americans are more accepting of outsiders when the economy is good, but when trouble looms there is a search for scapegoats.

Millions of Americans are desperately seeking work, while millions more illegal aliens hold jobs that should go to those desperate Americans. Very few are out in the fields, by the Mexican government’s own admission. As far as Paul is concerned though, one whimper of protest and you’re acting like a Nazi.

“I believe Hispanics have been used as scapegoats, to say, they’re the problem instead of being a symptom maybe of a problem with the welfare state,” Paul told the group. “In Nazi Germany they had to have scapegoats to blame and they turned on the Jews.

Not to illegal immigration in general, just to Hispanics. Paul doesn’t understand that there are those-such as the ones he was speaking to, that want the borders erased, that want to turn America into the mythical empire of Aztlan, that believe this land was stolen from them-that know Mexico is spiraling into a failed narco state and the United States may be their only chance of preserving a nation. They’ll have to move that nation North to do it though, and Paul is okay with that. He talks about troops on the border, but doesn’t want to invest any money to make it happen. So it’ll never happen. Without a super super majority in Congress, none of his other stated positions will be implemented either.

Ron Paul fails to see emergencies that are right in front of him. Illegal immigration is out of control. Half assed measures will get half assed results. It’s too bad that things have been allowed to get this bad, but they have, and now it will take extreme measures-at least for the foreseeable future, to fix the mess. with Ron Paul, we would get nothing. I take that back, with Ron Paul we would get an open border, a nuclear armed Iran, and his blessings as cheap garbage from China floods the country. He was pretty clear about all those things on the campaign trail and in debates. Or am I just looking for a scapegoat, Ron?

I know there are many out there that like what Paul has to say on many issues, especially constitutionally, but look at the broader picture. Do you really want this guy in the White House?

I ask again, as have many others during this primary campaign: How the hell does Newt Gingrich end up as a contender? The man lies, he’s erratic, and of the four contenders left, he is by far the most anti-American candidate. If anyone thinks there is any credence to the North American Union need only to look at the position of Newt Gingrich on illegal immigration and see, like Jimmy Carter, like Bush 1, like Bill Clinton, like W, and now like Obama, Newt has no interest in securing our border, and thus our sovereignty.

Literally hours after offering amnesty to illegal aliens that served in the military, Newt took his open borders stance one step further on Wednesday. In an interview with Jorge reconquista Ramos of Univision, Gingrich proposed that after the military amnesty, that there should be a guest worker program to let everyone else stay. And I mean everyone.

“With most of them? I would urge them to get a guest-worker permit,” he said, calling for a substantial rewrite of immigration laws that would cancel existing penalties and instead let illegal immigrants stay.

The real Newt Gingrich couldn’t hide forever. He’s been open borders his entire career, so the get tough rhetoric in regards to securing the border never held water with those that know him. And I know him. So here’s how Newt will deal with immigration. For those that have been here a number of years-those identity stealers that managed to stay under the radar, they get to stay. If they join the military-presuming they actually speak English and would understand critical orders on the battlefield-they can stay. And for anybody that doesn’t fall into either of those categories, he proposes a guest worker program. That covers everyone, and under a Gingrich presidency, no illegal alien will have to leave. They can stay, have families-become part of the community, and eventually fall into one of the aforementioned amnesty groups.

Does Newt know something we don’t? Is he trying to siphon the illegal alien voter block being assembled by Obama’s ACORN goons? Don’t put it past him. The very fact that Gingrich’s immigration policy is undiscernable from Barack Obama’s should be cause for alarm to even the most ardent Gingrich supporter.

It looks as if the brain warp that inflicts the voters of South Carolina is infecting the rest of the country. New polls show Newt Gingrich as the GOP frontrunner for the nomination and the critical task of removing Barack Obama from the White House. That fact bodes ill for the country-unless you happen to be an illegal alien. Then things are looking rosy no matter which of them ends up as president after November.

Newt’s sob story about the illegal alien that has been sucking up resources in the United States for 25 years apparently isn’t hurting his campaign. If you recall, during a debate he said that an identity stealing criminal that managed to not get deported for decades should be able to stay in the United States, along with the family that he created while here. On Monday, he took it a step further.

Newt Gingrich has his own version of the DREAM Act. If an illegal alien is willing to serve the country in uniform, Newt Gingrich would grant them citizenship. I’ve postulated before that the dramatic increase and pandering to illegal aliens was an effort to literally import an army that will be able to stand up to China in the years ahead. It’s not a matter of if, it’s when, and when that day comes, America is likely to be full of retired baby boomers and hurting for military personnel. Enter the illegal alien. With the numbers of illegal youth pouring into this country and the corresponding birth rates, they will have the manpower to face down a million man Chinese army in the coming decades. It’s just a theory that would be panned by many I’m sure, because most people aren’t thinking decades ahead. You can be sure an empire like the United States thinks decades into the future.

On the other hand, this could just be Newt looking at the cheap labor demographics change, and he’s just taking advantage. He’ll be long gone by the time America turns into a third world cesspool. Newt claims he’ll get tough on the border now, but his words this very campaign say something very different. So far, he’s give two separate scenarios where he would give amnesty. Can you articulate his position on securing the border and making sure illegal aliens will not take the jobs that Americans actually will do? He has no border plan, and wants to outsource E-Verify to Visa. Of course, if Newt was president, illegal aliens just might come out of the shadows, because amnesty and all the benefits of being an American citizen would await them.

It’s the same story with Newt, the same one he’s been telling for years. Just get here, and you’re in. Whoever you are, Newt will find a category in which to give you amnesty. And what about the families of these individuals? Newt already said he didn’t want to break up families. And if they happen to have had at least one child in the United States, they aren’t going anywhere anyway.

Yet Newt surges in the polls. Are those polls accurate? They seemed to be in South Carolina. Are Mitt, Rick and Ron so bad that only Newt is fit to face Obama? I would take any of those three over Newt in a heartbeat. I don’t think Obama feels the same way, which is why I questioned the poll numbers. If it was Obama/Gingrich, Obama would have another four years. He would be their dream opponent, considering the massive baggage he carries around. It would be a nightmare for the rest of us-unless of course, you happen to be an illegal alien…

I’ve talked before about how Barack Obama is depending on the illegal alien vote in critical swing states this November. Now, in an apparently legal move, he’s going to guarantee that those votes will be there. We’ve heard time and time again from many Americans, just enforce the existing laws. Not only is Obama not enforcing existing laws, now, he’s weakening those laws in a bid to have four more years carnage to wreak on the United States. Obama is depending on the saps that call themselves Hispanics to once again cast votes for him. He will probably succeed in that goal with this latest scheme.

Under current law, if an illegal aien is up for deportation, they can file for a hardship waiver, that would allow them to return to the United States if their deportation would cause undue hardship on the American family members left behind. But they must return to their home country first to file for this waiver.

Not for long though. The Obama regime has proposed that illegal aliens being deported can now file for that waiver while still in the United States. Of course, the illegal alien will still have to leave the country while the waiver is being processed and approved, but in most cases they don’t have to go very far. Most of the applicants for this kind of hardship waiver are Mexican nationals, and they just head across the border to cities such as Ciudad Juarez and wait for the Okay to come back, with is in the affirmatice 70 percent of the time.

Currently, this process takes months, but under the Obama proposal, the waiver could come down in a matter of days. So the illegal alien that stole an identity and got him or herself and American job in construction, hospitality, restaurants, or any number of other jobs that Americans will do, can come right back and pick up where they left off. It is a form of amnesty, considering that a deported illegal alien is normally barred from returning to the United States in any capacity for three to 10 years. Not with a hardship waiver though, and if Obama implements this scheme, those illegal aliens will be back in the United States and back on and American job within days.

As if those potential thousands of votes weren’t enough, Janet the mauler Napolitano has announced that upwards of 300,000 pending deportations are now on hold, so the regime can ostensibly focus on more dangerous foreign criminals. Remember, this is the same regime that shipped automatic weapons to vicious Mexican drug cartels, and laundered their drug money to boot.

A search of this blog will net many instances of the Obama regime’s failure to not only secure the border, but to block individual states from protecting themselves from the onslaught of illegal immigration being facilited by the regime. I have to say it again: When you see the poll numbers showing Obama on the ropes, keep in mind that those numbers do not include illegal aliens voting, perhaps multiple times, ACORN, union thuggery, and maybe even Black Panther shenanigans going on at polling stations. That witches brew will bring in illegitimate votes for Obama, so if he doesn’t get his ass kicked in November, then he’ll probably be able to pull out a close vote. It’s hard to beat someone who’s cheating. And Obama is brazenly cheating with this move. God help us if it works out for him.
