This news is even worse than it appears on the surface. As the unmitigated corruption of the Obama regime is bared like a cancer to the world, they continue to reward their thugs and dare anyone to do anything about it. They have only past experience to conclude whether they can actually get away with this. Well, that may expain it.

The Obama regime has hit the trifecta of scandals, balancing the IRS targeting scandal, Benghazi, and the AP phone record theft scandal at the same time. They’ve basically gotten away with Fast and Furious, the ACORN scandal, and the litany of other nation killing machinations that has been their trademark.

Now we have the regime showing their arrogance by promoting the thug that oversaw the IRS division that attacked patriotic groups and individuals. Sarah Hall Ingram <del datetime="2013-05-19T04:37:05+00:00">will become</del> is now the head of the IRS Operational Planning and Implementation of the Tax Law Provisions of the Affordable Care Act of 2010, also known as the Obamacare tax enforcer. We are being forced to fund the decline of the American health care system, and now we have a top IRS attack dog in charge to make sure you do. Now, not only can you get hit with an audit, but you can be in violation of Obamacare at the same time. Have you read the full text of that tax? Neither have I. Even if we had, there are portions that are subject to interpretation-theirs, not ours.

Remember when the White House asked citizens to report to them anybody who was criticizing Obamacare? Friends, co-workers by the water cooler? Remember when they hired a goon to troll the internet and look for any anti-obama content? We wondered then what they would do with that information. Well, we now we know. And if you think the regime will stop with just audits and denials of 503(c)’s, guess again. Virtually everything they do is an attack either on America as an entity, or directly on the American citizen. They ask inappropriate questions, personal information they are not entitled to. They steal phone records. They’ve stolen millions of health care records in California. So far, we only know about California. They stand by while terrorists lay waste to American citizens overseas. They stand by while the border is overrun with millions of citizens with allegiance to another country. They rig elections, they strangle business, they’ve weakened the military, and so many other things that it can’t all be covered here. It has been covered though, and the fact the Barack Obama is still posing as president of the United States and in a second term no less is stunning.

Do you feel “hearings” are going to get to the bottom of this? Sure, just like it got to the bottom of Fast and Furious. Already the AP scandal is fading, and the IRS has even cast a shadow over the Benghazi debacle.

I don’t have much faith in our elected representatives, and I have even less faith in the millions that support Obama no matter what. Those are the folks that can make the likes of Obama and his goons go away now. Do you see that happening? Me either. Hopefully I’ll never get a call from Sarah Ingram, because I’m pretty sure I’ll be on my own.

Is anyone surprised? We have Benghazi, Fast and Furious, an out of control criminal, racist Justice Department, Homeland security that, when they aren’t putting out the welcome mat at the border are trading those mats for prayer rugs, the attack dogs at the EPA, Obamacare that is crashing even before full implementation, chronic unemployment that is bloating public assistance rolls, disastrous foreign policy and the list goes on. Now we find that yet another department of the government is for the Obama regime, not the American people.

The IRS, never the most popular agency as it was has admitted that is has been targeting conservative groups attempting to gain 501(c) tax exempt status. The agency made the process so onerous, so intrusive, that many groups just gave up, or for the ones that didn’t, are still waiting for an answer.

Words such as patriot, or tea party triggered an alert that subjected the groups to unwarranted scrutiny. IRS officials are admitting that this was occurring, even as Barack Obama is wondering if this is true. The IRS has admitted it Barry. What they didn’t admit was who was involved. They claim that it was low level employees gone rogue. However, the coming IG’s report will show that top officials at the agency were well aware of what was occurring since at least 2011. Are we to believe that Obama was completely unaware of this? Once again, Obama thinks he’s so smart by playing dumb. Well, come to think of it, that tactic has worked for him so far.

Now we have another bombshell dropped today. I was listening to the great one, Mark Levin on the way home, and apparently, Eric Holder’s Justice Department has been tapping the phones of AP reporters, gathering phone records, calls and who knows what else. The AP is 100 percent in the tank for Obama, but as Levin said, and has said before, it’s only a matter of time before they come for you. That time is now. How will the AP react to the fact their socialist god has put a knife in their back? That sideshow should be interesting, but there is something bigger here. Freedom of the press is under attack. We know what kind of havoc the Justice Department can wreak on organizations, states, and even individuals. If the regime will go after their friends, imagine what their enemies, perceived or otherwise are up against. Tea Party groups can probably give you a good idea.

Again, this should be no surprise. We know what the Obama regime and the left in general is capable of. The big surprise would be the Republicans actually getting to the bottom of all these issues and rolling heads. They have been utterly incapable of stopping or holding accountable anybody in the regime. There should be a conga line of Obama goons in prison by now, but instead, this fraud riddled anti-American cabal was “reelected.” Even that has question marks.

Maybe that’s it. There is just so much corruption, so much chicanery, so much deception that there is just no way to get all of it. It’s that big. Then again, it may be incompetence on the part of the old guard Republicans that have more than worn out their welcome.

It is up to us to kick our representatives in the ass and make them work for the American people. Keep in mind they are not inclined to do so on their own. Jack Abramoff would tell you. Let’s remind them that their only function is to take care of this kind of business.

And that’s just the money part of it. In my last post I said that there are many groups that would like to take a chunk out of the United States, and a few of them came to mind immediately. Well, here’s the other one. If Islam wants to stake their claim to this country then they’ll have to do it over the objections of the Hispanic tidal wave swamping the United States. That will be some kind of civil war, and with the help of our elected representatives the way is being cleared for it to happen.

The Heritage Foundation released their report on the cost of immigration reform and put the cost at trillons more that what it is costing the United States currently. The cost of illegal immigration is already bankrupting cities across the United States, especially the West, and legalizing illegal aliens will open them up to an array of benefits that will finish off many cities, if not entire states.

The Heritage report argues that the undocumented will consume $9.4 trillion in government services, particularly Medicare and Social Security, and pay only $3.1 trillion in taxes over next half-century. That’s versus roughly $1 trillion in costs for the same population should no reform occur, Mr. Rector said.

Of course, the linked article makes a point of citing conservative economists who, of course challenge the assertions and claim that amnesty would be a net boon to the country. Economists and some notable Republican names as well. Former Mississippi governor Haley Barbour says the report is just a scare tactic to make Republicans think amnesty would be cost prohibitive. I exposed Barbour as an open border agent for the Mexican government and what do you know, he now trolls for the Bipartisan Policy Center on it’s immigration reform efforts. Gang of eight anyone?

They also cite Paul Ryan. Yes, numbers crunching, Mr. Smart Guy Paul Ryan thinks amnesty is just peachy. He uses the maybe conclusion of the CBO to bolster his position. I exposed Ryan as well as a possible open borders goon. I guess there’s no need for conjecture anymore. Both of those guys either had their eye, or currently have an eye on the White House.

What everyone ignores here is that amnesty would allow immediate chain migration that would swamp the infrastructure. Although technically illegal aliens would not be eligible for certain government benefits, the two big ones, Medicare and Social Security are two of the most fraud riddled agencies there are. So far, I haven’t heard this addressed anywhere, by anybody.

With the known costs of illegal immigration now, it’s hard to fathom that anyone could justfy amnesty for millions, along with their family memebers. Suicidal pandering, or Cloward-Piven? You decide.

Losing the country is devastating enough, but the manner in which it is happening just adds insult to injury. But I digress. I said the Americans that still remain in this country. That pool is shrinking every day, but those of us left here at the end of the road will have to watch the transformation of what America is to become.

There are many groups that would love nothing more than to either take a chunk out of the United States, or just take it, period. A few groups come to mind immediately, one of them being hardcore Islamists. No doubt the concept of the islamization of the United States was being discussed long before 9-11. We can go through the names and faces in the Islamic world that worked and are currently working towards that end, but along the way they are able to enlist the help of sympathizers, dhimmis as they are known to help them with their dream. We have the Flight 93 Memorial in Pennsylvania in the shape of an Islamic crescent, built to point straight at Mecca, as does every mosque. The memorial has 44 blocks in honor of those that died that day. 40 passengers and-4 hijackers. That is correct, 44 blocks.

We then had the ground zero mosque plans, known as Cordoba House, a reference to conquering of the Spanish city of Cordoba, viewed by many Muslims as one of the greatest chapters in Muslim history. Yes, there were howls of protest, but in liberal saturated New York, not nearly enough.

Now we have one of the ugliest, if not the most insulting pieces in this Islamic caliphate. The nearly completed WTC at ground zero is being topped off with a spiral, which looks <del datetime="2013-05-06T05:25:27+00:00">very similar</del> exactly like an Islamic minaret, the spiral that tops every mosque. A minaret is a symbol of power and dominance in the Muslim world, and now one sits atop ground zero.

When the Muslim takeover is complete-and that is the plan if you believe groups like the Muslim Brotherhood, that building will become the biggest mosque in Western hemisphere, maybe even the world. So far, not even a whimper of outrage. Well, maybe that’s because I’m just being Islamaphobic, being cynical, looking at things through an intolerant lens. Maybe, you tell me. That spiral looks exactly like a classic Islamic minaret. I invite anyone to tell me how wrong I am about this. If warranted, I will freely admit I’m wrong and post it right here. Look at the photo of a minaret juxtaposed with what is topping the WTC. The point will be added later this week. Tell me how wrong I am.

After the horror, the grief and then the anger, the first thing that came to my mind was religion of peace. What do you know, right again. The fringe extremists that the clueless dhimmis are constantly apologizing for have enveloped Islam, and they have their signts set on the rest of the world.

The events in Boston this week no doubt affected most Americans, but for me, the fact that it happened at the venerable Boston Marathon made it even more heinous, if that’s possible. Having completed a marathon myself, I can tell you that there is a certain comraderie, a certain connection to otherwise complete strangers. That extends to those in the crowd as well. When I saw folks coming to the aid of their fellow Americans in the aftermath it wasn’t surprising at all. Those were brothers and sisters in need. Sure, there were those that got themselves out of harms way, and I don’t blame them at all. But it’s the ones that ran towards the trouble that got my attention. I’ve run with those folks. I’ve cheered on others with those folks. Those folks are heroes.

There are those though, that run towards danger in a different way, and we are all inperiled as a result.

The city of Boston is breathing a sigh of relief on the news that the two marathon bombing suspects are no longer on the streets. Two brothers, both apparently converts to Islam went on a well publicized rampage, apparently in the name of…Islam. The media would have you believe that these were perfectly assimilated refugees from Russia, seemingly as American as apple pie. The facts tell a different story though. The older brother was questioned by the FBI several years ago. We don’t know the basis of that questioning, but clearly there was enough concern on some level to warrant some kind of interrogaton. Nothing came of that interrogation, and the rest is history. Or is it?

Unconfirmed reports are that the original person of interest in the bombing, Abdul al-Harbi, was to be deported back to Saudi Arabia due to national security concerns. Apparently al-Harbi, also injured in the bombing has family ties that link back to al-Qaeda. This after John Kerry’s meeting with the Saudi Foreign Minister was suddenly closed and Barack Obama’s later unscheduled meeting with the minister. The Obama regime is denying that such a scenario existed. Well, we can cull information together and draw our own conclusions or we can take MSNBC at their word. What are the odds we get confirmation from the likes of Obama?

When you hear the official news on how this investigation proceeds, just remember how the Benghazi investigation went. To this day we don’t have the full story, but like this one, we’ve pieced together what we did have and it was ugly. Expect this story to be just as murky. Two brothers committing this horrible act, escaping and then basically going out of their way to get caught. Were they the masterminds or just foot soldier fall guys? We can only speculate at this point.

In the coming days more facts will emerge as to the plot and possibly the motivation behind this attack. At the same time, the media will try and distance Islam from itself and once again blame it on extremists. We’ll see what extremists come out of the woodwork, and hopefully America will be taking a close look.

With no input from the American people-requested or otherwise, the current amnesty bill oozing through congress continues to take shape. But if you thought it was just eight guys in a room mapping the destruction of the United States, guess again. There are more than eight people in on this, no surprise it’s the usual suspects.

When John McCain and his buddy Ted Kennedy tried to push their amnesty bill several years ago, the blowback from voters was so intense it had no chance of passing. Now McCain is part of a new amnesty push, and so far, the outrage looks to be non-existent. This bill not only incorporates the worst aspect of the McKennedy bill, but adds a visa factor that would further erode what jobs are left for Americans.

The AFL-CIO, led by violent union gangster Richard Trumka has reached an agreement with the United States Chamber of Commerce that would allow potentially hundreds of thousands of temporary workers to flood the United States. If you thought those jobs would be those that Americans won’t do, guess again.

The AFL-CIO and the US Chamber of Commerce had been tussling over wages for temporary workers authorized to work in the United States in industries such as construction and hospitality.

Not a word about toiling in the fields. The deal would allow businesses to hire these visa holders for dirt pay and then dispose of them when they saw fit. Constructions, restaurants and hotels would all be able to hire these temporary workers while ignoring American workers. If you include the Americans who are no longer counted as looking for work and those that are scraping by part time, that’s a lot of Americans being ignored.

Keep in mind the federal government can’t keep track of the people who are here now. I’m not talking about illegal aliens (another group they can’t keep track of), but those that are actually here legally with visas.

Personally, I think we have passed the tipping point. There are so many illegal aliens here now, living and reproducing that even if the borders were locked down today, within a decade or two the United States would fall to a faction that has allegiance to another country. But the borders aren’t secure, and this bill will just speed up the process.

The end of the United States. Is there something else to discuss? This is what we have left for our children.

Republicans are helpless to stop this nomination from becoming reality, and we all will suffer for it. The fact is though, we’ve already been suffering for years and this guy will just have another avenue to inflict his brand of damage.

For the Obama regime, it looks like out with the bad and in with the worse. Exiting labor secretary Hilda reconquista Solis is leaving to make room for Barack Obama’s new nominee Thomas Perez. A top Department of Justice official, Perez escaped any scrutiny at all regarding fast and furious, and is now being rewarded for his anti-American activities that at the very least should have gotten him fired.

Perez headed the civil rights division within the Justice Department. Yes, the same division that believes civil rights laws do not apply to whites. He was also instrumental in making sure the New Black Panthers faced no repercussions after terrorizing voters at a Philadephia polling place in 2008. Refer to the previous sentence. He’s been on the attack against Joe Arpaio in Arizona for years (although has yet to actually bring any charges against Joe), and has rabidly gone after states that dared to implement voter ID laws.

Perez even attacked when there was nothing to attack. In the case of the Lancaster/Palmdale area of California, he charged the cities with discriminating against minorities applying for section 8 housing. The problem with his argument was that 86 percent of section 8 vouchers were going to minorities in those cities. Not good enough for Perez.

None of this should be a surprise though. Before joining Eric Holder’s thugs at the JD, Perez was president of Casa de Maryland, a criminal organization that aids and abets illegal aliens. He was rewarded with a gig at the Justice Department for that.

As his predecessor before him did, Perez is likely to focus on the rights of immigrants while ignoring the rights of others. I again remind you of the philosophy of his civil rights division. Obama thinks this piece of garbage is the perfect choice to decide who business will hire and how they will be treated. But again, he isn’t in the business of making things right for all, just for his own.

And that’s all right with Obama. It must be breathtaking for the regime to see their color coded Alynskyism becoming a reality with virtually no opposition. And who will stop them? Boehner? Cantor? Graham? McCain? Rubio? You could blow those placards over with a stiff breeze. And the next big gust is on the way.

Nothing will stop these cretins from ramming amnesty down our throats, not even a nuisance like verifying who is actually here. Your ID is good enough for them, and will certainly be good enough for the illegal alien using it.

The traitorous gang of 8, a gaggle of senators in Washington crafting an amnesty bill that will finish off what is left of our borders and tilt the country permanently to the left is trimming the fat-as expected. A biometric ID card, ostensibly a critical component of bringing illegal aliens out of the shadows has been shelved due to high costs. A study by the University of California, Berkeley Law School’s Warren Institute last year estimated start-up costs to the government for such a program would top $22 billion.

Illegal aliens cost California at least $10 billion a year-for just one state. But $22 billion spread over the entire country is just too much. Instead, they will rely on E-verify, which has already been deemed by critics as ineffective and riddled with errors. Any attempt to make such a program mandatory will be met with lawsuits from immigrant rights groups and likely the ACLU. All it will take is a single judge to declare the system an invasion of privacy and there will be no mechanism at all to keep tabs on the newly amnestied illegal aliens.

As if that weren’t bad enough, the borders won’t even be secured. Lindsay grahamnesty Graham said as much.
<br

Graham said that no amount of border enforcement would stop the flow of illegal immigrants without measures to keep employers from hiring them.

You read that right. No amount of border enforcement would stop the flow. What does that say about how serious they are about actually securing the border? No verification and no border security. And this gang of 8 is supposed to have this bill ready to go next month.

Our elected representatives have told us loud and clear what they think of us. How they ever got elected is anyone’s guess. There just can’t be that many Republicans that are so on board with amnesty that they will elect these goons over and over. I’ve talked before about the integrity of the voting system in the United States. Another post for sure.

We can write our representatives and complain for all the good that will do. Mine are all Democrat, guaranteed to fall on deaf ears. Then again, it appears it doesn’t matter if there is a D or R next to the name anymore. Both arms of the party, even if they can’t agree on anything else, can somehow come to a consensus on this.

I’ve spoken many times about how California was headed straight into the toilet. The city of Los Angeles is part of that, and if the mayoral election on Tuesday is any indicator, the state as a whole has nothing on this city.

Tuesday was what should have been a celebration day in Los Angeles. Not only were we to elect a new mayor, but it meant that Antonio mecha Villaraigosa would no longer be around to run the city into the ground. Unfortunately for the rest of the country, Barack Obama gave him a job in his administration, and a springboard to a possible presidential run down the line. Sorry.

Tuesday’s election pitted former city council member Eric Garcetti, who’s father trolled L.A. politics for years, and former city controller Wendy Gruel, who bathed in union money to plaster her face all over the media. Also running was Kevin James, a former prosecutor and Republican, and more notably, one who had nothing to do with the city’s financial woes. The same cannot be said for Garcetti and Greuel, but one of them will be mayor. With less than 50 percent of the vote Garcetti and Greuel will have a runoff election in may. James came in a distant third, as expected in this heavily Democrat town.

When I mentioned that neither Garcetti nor Greuel received 50 percent of the vote, I mean they didn’t get half of the folks that actually voted. In a city of neary 4 million people, Los Angeles got a ridiculously low turnout of about 16 percent. That works out to around 285,000 voters. It also works out to Garcetti getting 5 percent, and Greuel getting 4 percent of registered voters. You saw that right. That’s all that showed up. It shouldn’t be a surprise though. The last election saw nearly the same kind of numbers when Villaraigosa ran for reelection. Los Angeles just doesn’t care. Luckily the few that did show up (including myself) voted down a half-cent sales tax increase that would have gone to shoring up union contracts that the city can no longer afford to honor. We should be seeing a severe erosion of public services as punishment for not voting for that tax.

I’m one of the few in Los Angeles that has a half way decent job, but the the high cost of living and the declining quality of life makes it hardly worth it. I hate to feel like cutting and running, but Los Angeles is beyond saving. It’s bad enough that the majority are okay with a socialist nanny state being run by crooks whose hands are always in the proverbial cookie jar. It’s even worse when the voters don’t even bother to show up and throw out the bums they don’t care for. As a result we have Garcetti and Greuel, merry-go-rounding from they last political post to a new one.

You can be sure that whoever loses the runoff will find yet another public position to insert themselves into. And that’s just fine with this bunch of voters. They were okay with Villaraigosa, they were okay with Obama, and they’ll be okay with either of these two. L.A. politics at it’s best. Yes, this is a good as it gets…
