Founding Fathers Extremists?

When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the laws of nature and of nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation. Sound radical? If you ask the Department of Defense, not only is it radical, it’s extremist.

If our soldiers aren’t fignting for the preservation of our republic, then what do they fight for? As far as the Department of Defense is concerned, they are fighting for an all powerful multi-cultural behemoth government. That is, of course, unless your culture is incompatible with the above description. Then you become the enemy. The AFSS 0910 EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND TREATMENT INCIDENTS (EOTI) lesson plan, designed for use by Air Force personnel details among other things, extremist ideologies and associated behaviors. Kudos to Judicial Watch for getting a hold of this via the FOIA. Let’s take a look at the “lesson plan” and decide on your own who the extremists are.

Extremism
– A term used to describe the actions or ideologies of individuals or groups who take a political idea to its limits, regardless of unfortunate repercussions, and show intolerance toward all views other than their own.

Obamacare passed without a single Republican vote. The same with the stimulus package. Even without votes we have defacto amnesty. States are attacked for daring to defend themselves from the resulting onslaught of open borders. Municipalities are strongarmed into dumbing down entrance exams to make it easier for the “disenfranchised” to land critical police and fire jobs. We have Fast and Furious, which may have been a buffoonish way to force gun control on the population. Do those things sound extremist to you? According to this document, they are not. It is those that oppose those things who are the extremists.

The document reads like a how-to manual for leftist radicals, used by everyone from the occupod crowd, to members of congress all the way to the White House. I urge you to at least check out the section on extremists. To give you an idea where much of this is coming from, the document credits the Southern Poverty Law Center several times. If you don’t know who they are, look them up. They are a leftist hate group that spends their time branding others of what they themselves are.

But the most astonishing passage was what the DOD apparently now considers extremist behavior.

In U.S. history, there are many examples of extremist ideologies and movements. The colonists who sought to free themselves from British rule and the Confederate states who sought to secede from the Northern states are just two examples.

You saw that right. The founding fathers are now considered extremist by the military. If I said this isn’t your father’s military, that can now be taken in the literal sense. This document references students many times, and I don’t know if those are the rank and file soldier or a certain group being trained in this manner. In either case, we see what the has become of a once great military. Sure, we still have big guns, but functionally, it has become the antithesis of what this country was founded upon. Our founding fathers warned us that these people would eventually show up. In our complacency we have let them down. Not all of us, be enough of us.

If our soldiers aren’t fighting for the preservation of our republic, then what do they fight for?
